Regular Priced Items bought on bklyn-boutique.com will gladly be returned for a refund within 20 days of the purchase date. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. It must not be worn, altered or damaged. Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs. All tags if any must be attached when returned. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES, SWIMWEAR, AND BODYSUITS ARE FINAL. If such items are returned a $25.00 charge will be made to your account. In the event of a return, shipping and handling charges of returned merchandise are not refundable. All SALE items are a FINAL Sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. To make an exchange or return please fill out the back of the original Invoice and send it back with your merchandise. If there is a difference in price on the items exchanged we will either charge the difference to the account you provided or refund the difference if new item is of lesser value. A standard shipping fee of $6.95 to US , $9.99 to Canada or $16.99 International will be charged to your card for the exchange.

Merchandise will be sent within 24-48 hours of payment and will take 5-10 business days for standard delivery anywhere within the United States. Please note that BK'LYN is not responsible for any potential delay after item has been sent as it is provided by the carrier and may vary with package origin and destination.
